Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Van Driver
Location: Portsmouth, PO1
Start date: 16th December 2024
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm (40 hours)
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Contract: Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
1. Picking orders ready for delivery
2. Processing goods in
3. Cycle Counting
4. Booking in and processing orders via the office computer
5. Delivering goods to clients
6. Stock checking when required.
Job Requirements:
7. At least 2 years warehouse experience.
8. Willing to learn and expand knowledge to become flexible in a small team.
9. Some delivery experience.
10. Happy to work on their own or in a small team.
11. Computer literate.
12. In date Counterbalance license.
13. Willing to travel to other sites to support if required (this will be very rare if at all).
14. Dockyard Security clearance desirable but not essential.
15. No criminal record or else they will not get onto site and will fail our clients’ standards.
