Your New Role You’ll be responsible for running projects from start to finish, chairing meetings, preparing specifications, and liaising with contractors to ensure smooth delivery. While the core of the role is contract admin, you may also carry out condition surveys as needed. Key responsibilities include: Leading repair and refurbishment projects on existing properties Chairing project meetings and managing stakeholder communications Preparing detailed specifications and tender documentation Liaising with contractors and overseeing project delivery Supporting building safety initiatives and compliance Working with councils and public sector clients What You'll Need to Succeed Solid experience in contract administration and project management A background in building surveying, ideally with exposure to refurbishment projects Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine interest in building safety Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team development What You'll Get in Return Health insurance to support your wellbeing Cycle to work scheme Discretionary bonus (typically around 10%) based on business performance Christmas bonus A supportive team environment with leadership actively working to build structure and long-term growth Please note: This role does not typically include a car allowance.
