Document Controller (Short-Term Contract)
Purpose: Support a short-term internal review of our Business Management System (BMS), ensuring documents are accurate, up to date, and consistently formatted.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and update BMS documents (policies, procedures, forms).
* Correct formatting, layout, and template issues in Word.
* Maintain version control and document registers.
* Liaise with document owners to gather updates and approvals.
* Ensure documents meet internal standards and are stored correctly in the system.
Ideal Experience
* Previous experience as a Document Controller or similar admin/document support role.
* Strong MS Word skills and ability to fix formatting issues quickly.
* Experience with Business Management Systems or quality systems is highly desirable.
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently to tight timelines.
Contract Details
* Short-term role (duration flexible 2-3 months)
