As the function grows, this role will help shape how powder coating sales develops within Origin. What you'll be doing Identifying, targeting, and winning new customers across fabrication, metalworking, OEMs, and related sectors Building and managing a strong UK-wide pipeline from first contact through to order Growing revenue within your account base through proactive engagement and upsell Visiting customers to understand requirements, advise on specifications, and present tailored powder coating solutions Preparing accurate quotations and proposals aligned to operational capability Working closely with production and technical teams to ensure commitments are met and service levels remain high Keeping CRM records and pipeline forecasts up to date to support planning and growth What you'll bring Proven field sales experience in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment A strong new-business mindset with confident relationship-building skills Ability to understand and sell technical processes and specifications Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable managing nationwide travel Excellent communication and negotiation skills Full UK driving licence What you'll get We take employee wellbeing seriously and support it from multiple angles - professionally, practically, and personally.
