Care Assistant
Location: Stratford, Upon, Avon (Surrounding areas)
Pay: £14 to £28 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Part‑time or full‑time, up to 30 hours per week. Flexible hours with early mornings (7–9 am) and evenings (7–10 pm) including alternate weekends or same day each weekend.

Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
* Administer medications safely as per guidance
* Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeing
* Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
* Support with mobility assistance (transfers to chairs/wheelchairs)
* Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
* Keep accurate care records and daily observations
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence, access to a car, and business insurance
* Right to work in the UK
* A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
* Previous experience in care work, support work, domiciliary care or home care is desirable but not essential – we provide full training
