Mears is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of our disrepair services in Milton Keynes. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong background in contract management, operational leadership, and customer-focused service delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational and commercial performance of disrepair contracts Ensure delivery of high-quality services in line with legal, safety, and budgetary requirements Manage direct labour and supply chain resources to maximise efficiency Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and Mears operating procedures Ensure all disrepair claims comply with the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims (England).
