Role Description

This is a full-time office-based role for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be part of our office team, responsible for managing office communications, scheduling appointments, processing and maintaining records, and handling customer inquiries. Additional tasks include coordinating with team members, managing office supplies and inventory, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Who We're Looking For

* You've got the right attitude: reliable, honest, and up for learning.
* Confident on the phone.
* Comfortable in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel is a must).
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle tasks without fuss.
* Happy in a team that tells it straight and works hard.
* CRM experience is handy (we use Jobber), but not essential.
