About the Role
As a Pastoral Co-ordinator, you will:
* Lead on the pastoral care and wellbeing of a designated year group
* Monitor attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and engagement
* Work closely with Heads of Year, senior leaders, teachers, and external agencies
* Support students facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers
* Help promote high standards, positive conduct, and a strong sense of belonging
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management and restorative practice skills
* Be calm, resilient, and solution-focused
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
