* Speaking with inbound enquiries and warm leads.
* Understanding the client’s project and offering the right solutions.
* Requesting measurements and design details.
* Sending quotes and following a structured follow‑up process.
* Working closely with our surveyors, installers, and management team.
* Delivering a professional, confident experience that makes clients feel safe choosing us.
Requirements
Essential
* Proven ability to make outbound calls confidently and consistently.
* Strong communication skills: able to build rapport quickly and ask intelligent questions.
* A consultative mindset – comfortable uncovering needs, wants, concerns, and decision drivers.
* High persistence and follow‑up discipline; you don’t let warm opportunities go cold.
* Strong organisational habits and ability to manage a pipeline through a CRM.
* Willingness to learn the technical differences between profiles, glazing options, locking systems, and installation standards.
* Ability to work self‑directed, hit activity targets, and maintain momentum throughout the day.
* Professional, clear, and reliable behaviour with clients.
* Competence in email, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools.
Desirable
* Understanding of NEPQ‑style or consultative sales techniques.
* Experience working on a self‑employed or commission‑based model.
* Experience handling objections, slowing conversations down, and helping clients reach the right decisions for their needs.
