5. Manage intercompany reconciliations and group reporting, ensuring consistency and alignment across the global organisation
6. Safeguard the integrity of core financial areas, including revenue recognition, consolidated order book reporting, fixed assets, and IFRS 16 lease accounting
7. Own complex global costing and inventory reporting, including stock provisions, intercompany profit eliminations, and maintenance of intercompany and international transfer pricing
8. Maintain and improve finance master data and reporting structures within the ERP and consolidation tools, including tax routes, codes, and rates
9. Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders, coordinating internal and external audit responses, technical accounting assessments, and follow-up on audit outcomes
10. Drive continuous improvement and collaboration, identifying efficiency opportunities, supporting local finance teams, enhancing BI reporting, and leading ad hoc global projects that strengthen consistency, insight, and business performance
About you:
11. Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years’ experience in senior financial reporting and consolidation roles, bringing both technical depth and commercial insight to complex, fast-paced environments
12. Proven people leader with experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, creating an inclusive culture that encourages ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth
