Freight Forwarder (Multimodal Operator)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods via air, sea, and land to ensure timely deliveries.
Liaise with carriers, customs agents, and stakeholders to guarantee efficient shipment handling.
Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve transport or customs issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
Requirements
Essential: Experience in air, sea, and/or road freight operations with a UK-based freight forwarder .
Proven end-to-end operational experience - managing shipments from cradle to grave .
Proficiency with freight forwarding software and shipment management systems.
Strong knowledge of UK customs procedures and international trade regulations .
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
