Oranmore Precast, U.K. national precast manufacturer is seeking an accomplished HR leader with a minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in a management or senior advisory role.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise from manufacturing, engineering, or construction sectors and a proven track record of driving people strategy and organisational growth.
A CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification is highly desirable.
