We're looking for Summer Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team at The Early Careers Company (ECC) for a 3-month paid internship this summer! What you'll do during the internship: Candidate Sourcing : Work with project teams to identify and reach out to early-career talent, often individuals with little or no previous work experience. Interview Process Support : Guide candidates through client hiring processes – from preparation to post-interview feedback, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with client delivery teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements and shape recruitment strategies. Impact-Driven Work : Play a hands-on role in helping thousands of young people access career-starting roles with top employers.
