Customer Liaison Officer

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)

Reports to: Growth Specialist

Gym Grow helps gym owners get more members, change more lives, make more money, and ultimately build gyms that run without them. Our mentorship blends cutting-edge marketing, client acquisition systems, and operational strategies with a heavy emphasis on support, accountability, and relationships.

Role Purpose

The Customer Liaison Officer is the friendly face of Gym Grow for our clients. Your role is to ensure every gym owner feels supported, heard, and valued throughout their journey. You will be the first point of contact for relationship-building, while our Growth Specialists handle the technical delivery of mentorship and strategy.

This position does not require technical expertise. Instead, it requires empathy, communication, and the ability to create strong, trusting relationships with busy gym owners.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned gym owners, ensuring they feel supported and connected.

* Check in with clients regularly via WhatsApp, email, and calls to monitor satisfaction and flag any issues.

* Work closely with the Growth Specialist to ensure client concerns and opportunities are fed back quickly.

* Organise and support client onboarding processes, making sure new members feel welcomed and valued.

* Celebrate client wins and milestones, building loyalty and long-term relationships.

* Gather feedback from gym owners to help improve the Gym Grow mentorship experience.

* Coordinate with internal teams to make sure client needs are met promptly and professionally.

* Track client engagement and highlight at-risk clients early to the Growth Specialist.

* Previous customer-facing experience is preferred (customer service, account management, community management, etc.).
