Location: Castlepoint Shopping Centre, Bournemouth
Role: Trolley Management & Cleaning Operative
Contract: Temporary fixed term contract until 28 December 2025
Shift pattern: 3 days a week, 2 week rota, 20 hours per week
Pay rate: £12.36 per hour

Main Duties & Responsibilities
* This is a dual role which may include a variety of tasks but specifically:
* Collect loose trolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them safely in designated areas for public use
* Perform various cleaning and waste management duties as required
* Ensure duties conform to our standards and policies to deliver quality work
* Wear the company uniform to maintain Castlepoint Shopping Park’s reputation for professionalism and quality
* Carry out work in accordance with Castlepoint and ABM Health and Safety procedures; demonstrate a personal responsibility for health and safety
* Assist the public in a friendly and professional manner
* Follow directions from the Supervisor and consider opportunities for continuous improvement
* Work proactively, supporting colleagues as needed
* Undertake ad hoc duties as directed or operationally required
