A rapidly scaling technology business is looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to play a key role in shaping and optimising their commercial systems landscape. Working at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales, you'll design and deliver scalable systems that drive efficiency, improve data visibility, and enable growth across the go-to-market function.
The Opportunity You'll take ownership of building and evolving a modern GTM tech stack — from designing system architecture through to hands-on implementation. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and optimise systems that support marketing, sales and revenue operations
Manage and enhance a multi-platform GTM technology ecosystem
Build integrations and automated workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
Lead technical projects end-to-end, from initial concept and solution design through to deployment
Introduce AI-driven automation and innovative tooling to improve performance and scalability
Collaborate with commercial teams to understand operational challenges and deliver effective solutions
Ensure systems are scalable, efficient and aligned with broader business growth plans
What We're Looking For
Several years' experience working within GTM Systems, RevOps, Marketing Operations or Sales Operations in a technology-led or SaaS environment
Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot and modern revenue tooling (for example Clay, Apollo, HockeyStack or similar)
Experience managing complex integrations across multiple tools, including APIs, webhooks or custom solutions
Demonstrable experience delivering systems projects independently
Practical experience implementing automation and AI into commercial workflows
Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
