Salary in the range of £43,077 - £45,540 per annum

Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and staff, championing a positive and inclusive people experience
Lead strategic People initiatives that support HRUCs goalssuch as talent development, staff engagement, and diversity and inclusion
Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and care, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with HRUC policies
Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that anticipate future needs and support long-term growth
Collaborate on training and development strategies that build capability and confidence across teams
Play a key role in organisational change, offering expertise in restructuring, culture transformation, and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
Were looking for an inspiring and innovative individual who brings:
CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent relevant experience
Proven success managing complex ER cases and a broad range of employee relations issues
Strong knowledge of HR practices including performance, absence, and grievance management
Strategic and operational agilityable to translate vision into action
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships quickly
A proactive mindset, with sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach
