Job Description:

This role involves working closely with the Production team to assemble and deliver high-precision RF and electronic assemblies for niche Microwave Radar applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Manufacture, wire bond, epoxy, and solder PCB and RF assemblies following documentation.
2. Maintain accurate production data, records, and manufacturing paperwork, and initiate change requests as needed.
3. Promote safe working practices in compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Meet or exceed production output targets as set by management.
5. Support repair work for customer returns within specified timescales.
6. Participate in housekeeping and visual management initiatives.
About You:
1. High dexterity and attention to detail; experience with hand tools, soldering, wire bonding, and epoxy mounting; ESD compliance.
2. Ability to interpret technical data.
3. Qualifications or experience in electrical/electronic engineering.
4. Manage own material inventory accurately.
5. Willingness to work extra hours or shifts as needed.
