We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing activities and supplier management efforts. The successful candidate will oversee the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services to support business operations.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budgets.
* Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors and suppliers.
* Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and supplier performance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal, and others) to define procurement requirements.
* Monitor market trends, prices, and new product availability to optimize procurement decisions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
* Lead and mentor procurement team members to build a high-performing team.
* Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for senior management.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.
* Experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
* Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
* Strong knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation, and risk management.
* Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent.
* Experience in a specific industry (manufacturing, retail, construction) is a plus.
* Familiarity with sustainable procurement and corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
