Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Graduate Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.
The company works with a wide range of clients from local SME businesses to large UK companies across many business sectors.
You will report directly to Senior Management and enjoy a competitive package. After training and development, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
* Revenue, profitability and timesheet reporting
* Processing invoices on the sales and purchase ledger
* Credit control and aged debt reporting
* Processing expenses
* Petty cash monitoring and reconciliation
* Credit card monitoring and reconciliation
* Updating monthly spreadsheets
