Commodity (ideally Oil) Trading domain knowledge, especially in the Front Office. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, 3 years minimum. Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., ADO, Power BI, Visio). Responsibilities: Engage with users, observe and analyze their workflows, and extract relevant insights about their processes and interactions with products or systems. Elicit business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis. Lead workshops to refine requirements and ensure clarity on system constraints. Collaborate with design teams to develop solutions that meet business needs. Build strong relationships with commercial and technology partners for effective communication and collaboration. Lead business process workshops to analyze and map processes, finding opportunities for improvements. Analyze and model data requirements, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Diagnose issues and collaborate with support teams to understand defects and drive improvements.
