Pertemps is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Finance Assistant to join a busy and friendly finance team in Plymouth.

What you’ll be doing as the Finance Assistant:
* Helping with daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliations across in-store and online sales
* Investigating mismatches and helping resolve any issues with payments or figures
* Supporting the reconciliation of card payments and online transactions
* Raising sales invoices and keeping accurate financial records
* Helping manage outstanding debts and keeping on top of credit control
* Suggesting ways to improve how things are done and making processes more efficient
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in finance or credit control
Comfortable using Excel and good with numbers
Organised and thorough with a sharp eye for detail
Able to manage deadlines and work well with others
AAT-qualified or working towards it (desirable)
Experience in retail or multi-channel finance would be a bonus
