Job Purpose:
As a Junior Supply & Demand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth flow of goods across our supply chain — from warehouse operations to demand planning. You'll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting the planning tools and systems that help us meet customer demand efficiently. This role sits at the heart of our operations and is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a hands-on approach, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
All employees are eligible to earn a performance-related bonus of up to £2,000 per year - and sometimes more, recognising individual contribution and company success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing regular stock checks, stock counts, and verifying inventory accuracy.
* Inspecting incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies, coordinating unloading of shipments, and properly storing items in designated warehouse locations.
* Picking and arranging needed pallets according to Production and fulfilment requirements, ensuring accurate item selection and delivery.
* Preparing outbound shipments (Co-packing) and coordinating with delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch.
* Assist in maintaining and organization within the warehouse, including proper labelling and storage practices.
* Support maintenance and accuracy of demand planning tools and systems (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
* Managing stock movements and transfers.
* Help identify slow-moving or obsolete stock for review.
* Communicating any risks of stock-outs along with mitigating action plans.
* Other duties as may reasonably be assigned, consistent with the responsibilities of the position.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a warehouse, supply chain or logistics role.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
* Experience in FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Good attention to detail.
