What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality, person-centered social work that empowers adults with care and support needs. Champion the principles of the Care Act 2014 using a strengths-based approach. Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored support plans. Uphold statutory responsibilities while promoting independence and wellbeing. What We’re Looking For A qualified Social Worker (BSc/MA in Social Work, Dip SW/HE or CQSW) Registered with Social Work England Good understanding of the Care Act , Mental Capacity Act , Mental Health Act , and DoLS A commitment to inclusion, equity, and culturally responsive practice Why Here?
