Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager (Beauty & Personal Care)
Ellipsis Brands is experiencing very rapid growth. From a newly established company (2013), the business is transforming into a mid-tier player in the global cosmetics industry, with a growing basket of brands which are quickly gaining widespread market recognition.
Business growth comes from a combined focus on the creation of new brands, the rapid roll-out of existing brands (Q+A, THIX, Percy Nobleman) into new geographies and customer segments, and third-party contract manufacturing.
To support this growth, we are seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales Team and support the day-to-day management of customer accounts across our branded portfolio and contract manufacturing partners.
Your Role:
In this role, you will support the commercial success of Ellipsis Brands by managing a portfolio of retail, distributor, and brand-owner accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure products are launched, stocked, and supported effectively while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary internal point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Supporting account growth through sales analysis, range reviews, promotions, and new product launches.
Ensuring consistent and premium brand presentation across all customer touchpoints.
Coordinating with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to support day-to-day account management and stock availability.
Assisting with product training sessions and account support activity where required.
Maintaining accurate account records, forecasts, and internal reporting.
Supporting Heads of Territories and departments in delivering customer and brand objectives.
Your toolbox:
Commercial Awareness: Understanding margins, sell-through, and customer performance metrics.
Relationship Management: Professional, confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Organisation: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Process Driven: Comfortable working within structured systems while taking ownership of tasks.
Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver coordinated outcomes.
Deliverables:
Support the delivery of account revenue budgets.
Maintain up-to-date account information and forecasts.
Contribute to successful product launches and retail readiness.
Provide regular internal updates on account status and opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or B2B sales (beauty, personal care, or FMCG preferred).
Experience working within a branded or manufacturing-led environment is desirable.
Highly organised with strong administrative capability.
Comfortable using standard office software and internal systems.
Based in or able to commute daily to Wymondham, Norfolk.
Full UK driving licence for occasional customer visits.
Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch).
