Nestled in the beautiful seaside town of Selsey, Caraway House Care Home provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 70 residents. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced Care Assistant or completely new to care, this is a chance to start a meaningful career where every day you can have a positive impact.

Dayshift and Nightshift vacancies available
Full-time or part-time contracts

What You Will Do:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred support with daily routines, including personal care, mobility, meals, and social activities. You will encourage independence, promote dignity, and create a safe, friendly, and welcoming home environment for every resident.
What We’re Looking For:
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, though not essential
We welcome those new to care who are eager to learn and grow
A kind, patient, and reliable nature
A genuine passion for supporting older people and working as part of a team
