This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, administration, reception, call handling, service advising, or front-of-house support who enjoys delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast paced environment. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, customer enquiries, and service updates.
