Warehouse Operatives – Day Shift

J41 Industrial Estate, Wakefield, WF2
£13.50 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay
Our esteemed client, located on the J41 Industrial Estate in Wakefield, is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team from May 2026.
Our client provides a wide range of products and services to customers including schools, local authorities, charities, emergency services, public sector bodies, nurseries, care homes, and other businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Picking and packing a variety of products, including stationery and bulk printing paper (some heavy lifting may be required)
Hours of Work:
2. Monday to Thursday: 6.50am to 2.20pm
3. Friday: 6.50am to 1.50pm
These are full time, 37 hours per week with the potential for additional overtime during the week and on a weekend.
Essential Skills:
4. Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is essential
5. Strong communication skills
6. Organisational abilities
7. Literacy skills
8. Speed and accuracy in tasks
9. Reliable and committed to on-going work
10. Team orientated with a willingness to learn
