You will be based in the Kinship Care & Support Team, this is a large team where you will work closely with the Team Manager to support the success of the team. You will hold a small caseload and will supervise Social Workers within the team. You will be instrumental in developing practice both in your team and across the Fostering service. You will be an experienced, emotionally resilient Social Worker who has excellent knowledge of Fostering and able to manage change. You will be able to demonstrate your positive impact on children and young people's outcomes.
