My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and a career-minded individual joining the commercial team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone serious about developing a long-term career in sales. You’ll play a key role in supporting our account managers and helping to keep sales operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email
* Coordinating and dispatching product samples to clients
* Preparing documents and assisting with general sales admin
* Keeping records up to date in our CRM system
* Re‑engaging with dormant leads and assisting with follow‑ups
* Providing general day‑to‑day support to the sales team
What We’re Looking For
* A mature, professional approach with a strong work ethic
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication
* A willingness to learn and take initiative
* Comfortable working in a small, fast‑paced office environment
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* A BSc or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential if you can demonstrate maturity, capability, and motivation
