The Company
This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment firm focusing on international hires into Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market listed clients, offering access to top brands, collaboration across the business, and international travel to meet clients. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic growth and strong client partnerships through communities, face-to-face events, and close work with marketing and events teams.
The Role
You will be hiring IT professionals across Europe. There is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The role is primarily permanent recruitment, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. The company is interested in candidates willing to work in very senior markets, as they have an executive search division operating on a retained basis.
The Package
* Senior Recruitment Consultants earn a basic salary of 30-40k
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings exceeding a 6k threshold, including existing client accounts

The Requirements
* Proven success in 360 recruitment with client acquisition experience
* At least 2 years of recruitment experience
* Experience in international hiring is a plus
* Must reside in the UK with reasonable commuting distance to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Experience using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is desirable
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
