I am currently recruiting a General Manager for a Luxury 5 Star Hotel in the stunning Highlands in Perthshire. As General Manager you will oversee all the operations of the hotel and venue. * Create a strategy to increase revenue

The successful candidate
* At least 3 years hotel management experience
* Must come from luxury background
* Strong communication skills
* Customer focused with a big personality
* P and L experience
* A leader with an eye for detail
* A team player
