Our mission is to deliver FREE hand care to NHS nurses and midwives through our ‘Nursem Promise’ — for every product sold, we give a month’s worth of Nursem to a healthcare professional. We have delivered over 655,000 Promises to date!
We aim to become a household brand within 2-3 years, and are seeking an Omnichannel Operations Manager to join us.

THE ROLE – Operations Manager (Salary: £40k - £50k FT + Performance Bonus + Share Options)
Location: Remote (UK Only)
Note: If based outside NE England, attendance at our Gosforth, Newcastle head office is required at least once a month, with occasional travel.
This role is ideal for someone eager to build and shape our operational team and develop into a senior leader in a fast-growing consumer brand.
You will oversee our omnichannel operations, working closely with the team and external partners to manage the flow of goods from design to delivery, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence. Flexibility, pragmatism, and a solutions-oriented attitude are essential.
Experience in scaling businesses and developing processes for growth is important.
Preferred Experience:
* 3-5 years in operations for a fast-growing DTC & Retail brand
* Knowledge of Mintsoft, Unleashed, and Shopify
* Understanding of PIM and retail supply systems
Responsibilities:
* On-Shelf Availability: Maintain +98% SKU availability for key accounts.
* B2B Logistics: Manage 3PL relationships, KPIs, and improve service levels. Lead tendering for new 3PL solutions. Manage courier and freight relationships. Oversee inbound orders, fulfillment, and invoicing.
* B2C Logistics: Manage daily 3PL relationships, KPIs, and profitability.
* Manufacturing & Supply: Lead manufacturing partnerships, sourcing, and production scheduling. Manage demand planning and supplier relationships.
* New Product Introductions: Oversee product launches into supply chain.
* Product Data: Manage product information and data flow.
* International Expansion: Support global supply chain development.
* Systems & Software: Manage inventory and purchasing systems like Unleashed.
* Sales & Operations Planning: Oversee demand forecasting and supply planning.
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain business records, support month-end processes, and manage invoices.
* KPIs & Reporting: Track and report operational metrics.
* Team Culture: Foster a positive company environment and support team development.
