Working Hours & Payment
* Hours: 38 hrs per week
* Pattern: Week 1 – M8, T8, W8, T8, F8, S0, S0; Week 2 – M0, T8, W8, T8, F8, S4, S0
* Pay rate: £13.02 per hour
* Branch: Grant Street, 54 Grant Street, Inverness, IV3 8BS

Responsibilities
* Participate in all branch processes
* Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
* Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services
* Act as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community daily
Qualifications
* An NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
* Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
Experience / Skills
* Experience in a customer‑focused environment
* Strong understanding of confidentiality
* Ability to handle medications accurately
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Previous customer service training (optional)
