The Site and Capacity team, based in Dr Gray’s Hospital Elgin, has an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to join their team.
The post holders will work as part of an innovative and supportive team that contributes to the patient journey by facilitating ‘real-time’ site-wide communications and updates throughout the day. This will be achieved through visible presence in the Emergency Department, Ward areas, and during daily safety and flow huddles, ensuring the Right Patient is in the Right Place to receive the Right Care at the Right Time.
The post holders should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have extensive experience working within the Acute Hospital environment. A full induction programme will be provided. The team currently works a 12-hour shift pattern for day shifts.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
