Join a small, talented team delivering high-end bespoke homes for discerning clients – no cutting corners, no juggling dozens of sites, just beautifully crafted houses built with pride.About the RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be central to keeping these exceptional projects on track financially. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you’ll handle pricing, valuations, cost plans, and final accounts, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.You’ll be office-based in Farnham a few days each week, with regular visits to stunning sites across Surrey and beyond. Once settled, hybrid working options are available.Who We’re Looking ForYou’ll be a great fit if you:

* Are familiar with residential projects, ideally high-spec or luxury homes
