We are looking for a proactive part‑time Administrator to join the Oxfordshire Adult ADHD Service and provide the best possible care for our patients.
We are a small yet dedicated team searching for a new part‑time Administrator. You will need:

* A big heart to keep you going on the more challenging days.
This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a young service (established 2021) as it continues to develop and expand.
The service's operational hours are Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm.
Precise working hours are flexible and can be negotiated, although the ability to work at least part of the day on a Monday and a Friday is an essential requirement.
Main duties of the job
This role will involve:
* General administrative duties including typing letters, report writing, minute taking, and data recording/collection.
* Taking phone calls from patients and professionals within and outside of the Trust.
* Handling and processing general enquiries into the service.
* Entering and processing clinical information using a variety of software programs and electronic health record systems.
* Liaising with patients to book clinic appointments.
* Providing reception services to visitors when needed.

Person specification
Qualifications
* Essential criteria: Higher Education qualification (i.e. 'A' Level/NVQ III standard) or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role.
Knowledge and Experience
* Essential criteria:
o Experience of using Office computer programs including MS Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
o Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
* Desirable criteria:
o Experience of working in a healthcare environment
o Working knowledge of email systems, RiO and CareNotes programmes
People Skills
* Essential criteria:
o Able to communicate with staff across all levels of the organisation
o Able to work as a team player
