About the role
As a Warranty Administrator at Hatfields you will be part of a team who process and reviews all warranty claims, including extended warranties.
You will also be responsible for the following actions...
* Verify claim accuracy and ensure all necessary documentation is attached.
* Liaise with manufacturer and extended warranty to obtain approvals and track claim progress.
* Negotiate and resolve claim discrepancies with manufacturers.
* Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and associated costs.
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and assist with warranty audits.
* Stay updated on warranty policies & procedures.
* Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring responsibility for your own health and safety.
* Perform any duties deemed reasonable by senior management.
