Key Responsibilities Develops the parts sales business, identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s products and services Checks all goods for delivery, ensuring that all goods are loaded, Advises of any shortages or damaged items ensuring that missing items are made up. Ensures invoices are amended and shortages are highlighted Delivers all goods in line with predetermined delivery schedules, collecting monies from customers for all cash collection invoices and being responsible for its safekeeping Accepts parts returns from customers and issues goods return notes Effectively liaises with relevant departments across the business Gives customer focus priority throughout the parts operation Communicates and develops strong professional relationships with customers to deliver a high level of service Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, referring any unresolved problems to the Parts Supervisor/Manager Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law What We’re Looking For Valid and current driving licence Must be accurate and show attention to detail Good interpersonal skills Is This You?
