We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at our new Castleford showroom. This part-time role is for 12 hours a week, including weekends. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering inspiring ideas to meet their needs, and should thrive in a customer service environment, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Welcome every customer to make them feel at home and encourage browsing
Maintain high showroom standards and visual merchandising
Advise customers, understand their needs, and find suitable solutions
Process sales quotations and orders accurately, keeping records up-to-date
Represent sofa.com as a brand ambassador, embracing company culture and standards
Stay informed about product and interior trends
Have retail experience, particularly with interiors or furniture
Possess strong sales skills and trend awareness to assist customers in styling their homes
Be ambitious, confident, and proactive with a positive attitude
Be enthusiastic and committed to excellent customer service
Work well within a team and contribute ideas
Proficient in MS Office and general IT skills
Our products can be a significant investment. Part of this role involves offering payment options, including credit solutions, to help customers enhance their homes according to their circumstances.
All candidates must be over 18 and comfortable offering credit products to customers.
