Job Description
1. Oversee and manage all phases of MEP construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project.
5. Provide technical guidance and solutions to address project challenges.
6. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
7. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals effectively.
8. Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful MEP Sr. Project Manager should have:
9. Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in construction.
10. Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects effectively.
11. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
12. Ability to analyze and solve complex construction challenges.
13. Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
14. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
