What you will do
* Deliver tailored services to children, young people, families, and caregivers to reduce and prevent reoffending.
* Work under the Birmingham Youth Justice Service to ensure access to effective interventions.
* Contribute to planning and implementing court diversion programmes.
* Manage and monitor cases through the court process and referral order panels.
* Compile and present Pre-Sentence Reports in line with national standards.
* Collaborate effectively with various agencies and partners.
* Consult actively with young people, families, and communities to enhance service delivery.
* Support Bail Support Services and participate in data-driven outcome assessments.
* Ensure restorative approaches are central when working with young offenders, addressing victims’ needs.
* Participate in training and personal development within the Youth Justice Plan framework.
