Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Birchwood, Warrington (WA3)
Salary: £15.00- £16.00 p/hr
Shifts: Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:00
Contract Type: Temporary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator for our client based in Birchwood, Warrington.
This role is 100% office based.
You will be part of an existing, highly experienced department where you will be responsible for supporting all payroll functions.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the accurate manual input of department hours and holidays.
2. Process information from the Time & Attendance systems to ensure the clocking times are managed daily.
3. Manage holiday requests and calendar to ensure the cover is in place.
4. Check payslips for accuracy of hours and rates accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Must have previous experience within a payroll position/function.
2. Good Microsoft Excel skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
