We're now looking for a Transport First Line Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Rotational shift pattern is 06:00-14:00 / 10:00-18:30 & 14:00-22:30 with 1 in 4 weekend day 06:00-14:30
* Safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's
* Responsible for driver and fleet legal compliance during shift in accordance with DHL Asset Management Centre of Excellence standards
* Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team
* Point of the contact for all drivers during your drivers duty shift
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Management experience in a Transport environment
* Experience preferably in multi user and chilled operation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Supervisory skills - managing individual performance/absenteeism/conflict and development
