Position Overview
You will play a key role and be responsible for preparing complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust documentation, as well as advising executors and trustees on taxation, compliance and reporting requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the success of the practice and help clients navigate important estate planning matters.
Responsibilities
1. Provide bespoke estate planning advice to HNW clients
2. Prepare complex Wills, LPAs, and Trust documentation
3. Administer taxable and non-taxable estates
4. Advise executors and trustees on taxation and compliance
5. Support team members on complex matters
6. Attend networking events to build professional connections
Requirements
7. Ideally 5+ years PQE in private client law
8. Experience preparing self-assessment tax returns
9. SFE and/or STEP membership (ideal)
10. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
11. Strong communication and time management abilities
