What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher with QTS
* Previous experience working with children who have Social Emotional Mental Health needs
* Reliable, resilient and commited to the role
* ️Strong classroom management and teaching skills
* Understanding of trauma-informed approaches to teaching
* Passionate about encouraging potential and improving development
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons to meet pupils’ needs
• Support students’ academic and personal development
• Lead whole-class, small group, and 1:1 learning
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support wellbeing, social development, and SEN & SEMH needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
