We are looking for a medical, healthcare or scientific salesperson with distributor management experience overseas.
* Hybrid role: 1-2 days/week in High Wycombe office

The Role:
* This role focuses on managing and growing distribution channels across Europe OR Asia (2 different jobs)
* Selling advanced water purification systems for laboratories, hospitals, and research facilities.
* Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers including MDs, sales directors, lab managers, and procurement teams.
* You’ll be responsible for increasing product sales via distributors while understanding the unique market demographics of each region.
* This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week in the High Wycombe office and the remainder from home
* Plus regular international travel of around one week per month.
* You will have ownership of your territory, the ability to shape your strategy, and direct impact on the company’s growth!

Requirements:
* Medical, healthcare or scientific sales experience
* Proven experience selling technical products via distribution or managing distributor networks
* Based within 2 hours of High Wycombe
* Full driving licence

* Basic: £50,000 – £60,000
* Annual bonus: 10-15% realistic from year 1
