* A post graduate qualification in Voice Studies.
* Expert knowledge of voice and text work, particularly in relation to classical and contemporary theatre, including Shakespeare.
* Strong pedagogical and coaching skills, with the ability to develop vocal technique and performance clarity across diverse acting companies.

* Artist-centred and collaborative, with a passion for supporting others to realise their creative potential.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford upon Avon.

You will be working 40 hours per week; however, flexibility is essential to meet the demands of the theatrical schedule. This includes adapting hours to support rehearsals, technical rehearsals, production weeks, and performance periods. Evening and weekend work will be required, particularly during tech and show runs. The role will also involve occasional travel to, and working in, London as part of production or organisational needs.
