What You’ll Do As a Complex Care Support Worker with Muve Homecare, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with long-term health conditions and complex care needs in their own homes. Your role will include: * Providing one-to-one care for clients with physical and clinical needs * Supporting with tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, and medication (training can be provided if required) * Monitoring health and responding appropriately to changes in condition * Encouraging independence, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life * Supporting clients with mobility, daily routines, and social inclusion * Maintaining accurate, clear documentation and following safeguarding procedures Who We’re Looking For You’re a dedicated and compassionate person who takes pride in providing safe, effective, and dignified care. You’ll have experience in one or more of the following areas: * Complex or clinical care (community or home setting) * Supporting individuals with long-term health conditions * Tracheostomy, ventilation, or PEG care (training provided where needed) What You’ll Need * A minimum of 1 year’s experience in healthcare or complex care support * Knowledge of tracheostomy, suctioning, or PEG feeding preferred * NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent * Availability to work 5 days per week – consistency and reliability are essential * Right to work in the UK * Excellent communication, reliability, and compassion What We Offer At Muve Homecare, we value and support every member of our team.
