Job Title: Customer Service Advisor / Repairs Advisor Location:Kingston, KT1 Salary: £26,000 - £26,500 Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent Hours: 8am to 5pm, office based About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Advisor / Repairs Advisor to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for residents, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, raising repairs, and ensuring smooth communication between residents, engineers, and the repairs team. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for residents via phone, email, and in-person. Handle general enquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and empathetic manner. Efficiently raise repairs and maintenance jobs using internal systems. Liaise closely with the repairs team, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues. Keep residents informed and updated throughout the repairs process. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and repairs raised. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. Support the wider customer service team with administrative tasks and service improvements. Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a customer service advisor or repairs advisor role, ideally within housing, property maintenance, or a similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confident in using IT systems to raise repairs and log customer interactions. A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
